Because I don’t eat red meat I have to find protein in other foods. I eat lots of turkey, chicken, quinoa, eggs and soy beans.
I love putting tofu in salads
and eating it wrapped up in fresh rolls
I also love eating cooked edamame
and at work this dehydrated snack is perfect for the mid-afternoon hunger pang

I have two bags of those dried soybeans in my cupboard at home 🙂
