Yesterday morning I was teaching an Open Flow yoga class and it was so sunny that I had to close the shades so that people weren’t blinded.

But by the end of the day snowflakes had replaced the sun’s rays, coating the earth in a fresh white blanket.

You have to love the east coast and its weather that always keeps you on your toes.
