Surprise! I’m in Texas! Dallas to be exact, but let me rewind.

I work for a board game company and there is a trade show going on in Dallas next week so I left early with a coworker to start setting up.

This was the first time I had been through security with my new stainless steel hardware in my hip, so no metal detectors for me. I went through the body scanner with no problem and was on my way.

After a delicious lunch it was time to sit on the plane for 3 hours.

I was nervous that I would feel uncomfortable sitting and getting up would be a chore, but I managed to stand and stretch every half hour or so and I felt pretty good.

Now let the adventure begin – a full day of organizing and setting up the booth with two women under the height of 5’5″ – wish us luck!
