Getting back into the swim of things

The first full day back to normal daily life was not as easy a transition as I thought it would be.

Swimming was first on the agenda but after 9 days away from the water my arms and legs had to work double time. I still got in a good workout but boy was I tired.

I also had to fill my empty cabinets with food and that required a trip to the grocery store along with a few other errands to get my apartment back in working order.

I was actually really excited to cook for myself (cooking has not happened for over a week and a half!) and I whipped up a new combination with soy faux-meat crumbles, veggies and salsa!

After my full day I was exhausted, just like this one:
