I had my fair share of leftovers while home in New Jersey and had no desire to cram any into my carryon after eating my weight in stuffing.
So this week I decided to eat food that had no resemblance to a Turkey dinner.
Breakfast of eggs:
Lunch was a salad with chickpeas, edamame, olives and other veggies…
Dinner was chicken stir fry:
Of course today I am craving stuffing! Until next year I guess…
