So far this winter has been quite mild.

Having grown up in New Jersey I know the bitterness of a supremely cold and snowy winter. Thankfully the past few months have seen the depths of a true winter kept at bay.

However, this weekend is revealing the true colors of winter with temperatures in the teens accompanied by high winds.

So what does that mean for this yoga teacher? Lots and lots of (colorful) layers:
