I really enjoy cooking. Whether it’s throwing something together that I made up, or following a recipe ingredient by ingredient, I am happy in the kitchen.
However, I’m only human and sometimes I’m lazy. That’s when I throw things together for a meal.
Like this dinner of cooked quinoa that I made the other night, some edamame, salsa and guacamole (courtesy of Whole Foods).
Sometimes throwing random ingredients in a bowl and kicking back on the couch can be quite satisfying.
