Cold days call for HOT Yoga

I am one of those people who prefers being hot over being cold. During these winter months my toes are constantly hurting because they are so cold and I get this inner chill that is hard to shake.

As a yogi, the best way to escape the bitter temperatures is to head to the nearest hot yoga studio. I just recently found Y7 in the city and I am loving the heated room, the bumping beats and the chance to just sweat it out.

Hot yoga is not for everyone, especially not for those with low blood pressure. But if you can stand the heat and don’t mind dripping sweat, I highly recommend you check out your nearest hot yoga studio to warm up!
