Around 1:00 pm PST on Monday I found myself nodding off at work and decided to send myself home to rest after the long weekend of traveling and working. I found new energy after an hour or two on the couch and put some effort into completing another home work out.
I picked 3-4 exercises from each area of the body and while I did not want to push it because I’m still injured, I definitely felt the burn.
My favorites were the inch worm (because I just looked hilarious) and the plank to push up move that left me shaking. Let me know which exercises you try!
I needed some protein after my strength workout. Thank goodness chicken was on the menu.
Crunchy Chicken Tenders
Dip chicken tenders in egg whites and coat in a mixture of panco break crumbs, italian seasoning and nutritional yeast and put on a pan in the oven for 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
Serve with veggies and ketchup of course!
