There’s no place like home!

When I arrived at Charlotte International Airport at 6 in the morning it was rather empty, which made for a quick and painless walk through security.

Not only was there no one in the airport but there was also no one on the plane – I got a whole row to myself to stretch out and enjoy the 5 plus hours in the air.

I had been up for hours but found the energy to hit the gym. My glute is still giving me trouble so it was arms and abs for me. Thanks to some heavy duty plane reading I compiled a great workout from my magazines.

How do you entertain yourself on planes?
