I know that there were only 12 hours from when I had a pancake for dinner and then a pancake for breakfast, but I don’t see a problem with this, especially because they were different kinds of pancakes.
Tuesday morning’s pancake was a PUMPKIN pancake!Made with egg whites, half a banana, baby scoop of protein powder, dash of nutmeg, dash of cinnamon and a big spoonful of pumpkin.
My mid-morning snack was the remaining crumbs of my Corn Chex. Then lunch was full of snacks and cottage cheese.
After plenty of snacking I was ready for the gym, where I completed the following workout:
35 Minutes on the elliptical |
|
10 Push-ups 40 second plank 25 bicycle crunches |
Repeat 3 times |
Clams – 25 reps on each side |
|
10 Dips 25 Crunches |
Repeat 3 times |
Dinner was Paradise in a Bowl:
Quinoa prepared with chicken stock and garlic, combined with avocado, mango, green onions, almond slivers, spinach, splash of lime and some asian dressing. The combination was divine!
love quinoa! and that combo does sound divine!!
