you get excited to go for a run even when the sky looks like this
The weather in San Francisco changes hour to hour and from neighborhood to neighborhood. By the time I got home the dark line in the sky was toeing the perimeter of my block and I eagerly threw on my running shorts and hit the pavement. I managed to run a whole four miles rain free and made it back to my apartment to stretch thoroughly.

Stretching is also a great time to let my body cool down before I hop into the shower. That is probably one of the worst feelings in the world – continuing to sweat once you get out of the shower -eew.
How do you know you are a runner/active person?
