Jenn, over at peas and crayons, has yet again come up with another great theme for WIAW. Snacking is how I make it through the day, especially during a long day like yesterday…Breakfast part 1A bunch of rice cakes with smart balance light, low sugar raspberry jam and a touch of sun butter.
Mid-morning I needed an extra nibble to get me through till lunch so I broke out a mini luna bar (s’mores flavor).
Lunch was steamed carrots
and a sandwich of cottage cheese and avocado
After lunch I ate far too many of these
but redeemed myself with a healthy dinner – I made pizza!Well, it was an egg white crust (seasoned with garlic powder and oregano), tomato sauce, arugula, turkey slices and nutritional yeast. Then somehow a few more of bunnies snuck into the after dinner snack…
