WIAW with lots of little bites

This month’s snacky theme for the month definitely fit the description of my Tuesday eats.

I started off on the right track with a balanced breakfast with half of a banana, egg whites and protein powder, blended and cooked in the microwave (sprinkles for color and smiles).

Once at work I ate the following nibbles throughout most of the day:

I finished my edamame snack from yesterday, cooked carrots, cottage cheese

banana and peanut butter

and some unpictured bites of cookie that were hanging around the office

After pilates I whipped up a quick egg dinner and tried this new flavor of “fake-cheese” – and I was pleasantly surprised! It had a great kick of flavor and I can’t wait to use it in other dishes.Β 

I finished the evening with some rice cakes and scoops of sun butter πŸ™‚

Today I am making an effort to eat actual meals instead of snacking all day – I’ll let you know how it goes.

  1. That dinner looks fabulous! I agree, I was quite good on Monday (the day I documented my eats), but yesterday I was a snack monster! Some snacks are okay but I was in overboard mode lol. Gotta start to tailor those back! But you’re doing a great job at having healthy meals πŸ™‚
