WIAW – Spicing up Dinner

Tuesday morning started off with a typical cottage cheese breakfast, but in the most fantastic bowl!

Because I got to work at 7:15 am yesterday morning, around 9 am I was ready for breakfast number two: Peanut Butter Puffins and some trail mix and a biscuit or two.

Lunch was the turkey crockpot meal I made Sunday evening and I had some of my favorite edamame snacks in the afternoon.

I wanted a salad for dinner when I got home but I wanted to spice it up, so I added some wasabi peas and sesame sticks.

Then some more puffins to finish off the night and I was full 🙂
