Swimming has always been a part of my life – whether it was spending hours at the local pool or vacations at the beach. But other than moving my arms and kicking my feet to get me through the water, I am not one for perfect form.
I have definitely improved my strokes over the past few weeks that I have been swimming laps, but I have decided to search around for some tips and I thought I would share them with all of you.
Unfortunately I wont be swimming in a body of water like this anytime soon,
but the next time I do go swimming I’m going to keep these things in mind.
