Breakfast Salad

Salad…for breakfast…not the norm but very refreshing. So if you’re looking for something different add some greens to your A.M.

I like to use romaine lettuce and simply add:

1/2 a cup of cottage cheese with chives (my cottage cheese comes with chives but you can easily use plain cottage cheese and add in some chopped fresh chives)

1/4 cup of dairy free cheese

A few slices of avocado

Grab a fork and crunch away
