Combine the following ingredients in a blender:
1 whole over-ripe banana
1/2 cup of regular raw oats
1 heaping spoonful of peanut butter (he prefers smooth but im a crunchy girl all the way)
Chocolate protein powder optional
Splash of almond milk
5 ice cubes
Dash of chocolate chips (optional)
Serve in a mason jar – because we have broken all of our glasses
