A cupcake for breakfast

Before my knee injury every Saturday morning I would enjoy a nice long run with the San Francisco Road Runners.

Although my knee has been feeling much better and I did put on a few miles this week I didn’t want to risk injuring myself again by going too far. So this Saturday I passed on the group run and ran my own 5 miles quite comfortably and with NO knee pain!

Post run I made one of my favorite smoothies, a vanilla cupcake smoothie: Delicious and packed with protein.







A birthday celebration was in order so we all went out for some thai food and a night out.
