Well…not exactly body switching with Lindsay Lohan (no thank you), but it is deja vu. Exactly a month ago I was taking this exact same flight to North Carolina for a business trip and thankfully this is the last time I will have to make this long journey across the country for a quick work engagement.
Last night I decided to do another home workout utilizing some arm exercises and pilates moves:
Bicep curls 15×3
Bicycle crunches 50×3
Tricep kickbacks 15×3
Plank 40 sec x 3
Followed by a mixture of these moves from health.com.
