I hope everyone enjoyed their Saint Patrick’s Day!
I started off the day with a protein pancake:
– egg whites
– 1 scoop of protein powder
– 1/2 banana
– dash of cinammon
– handful of spinach
The gym was seen on the holiday and my legs were exhausted after some clams and a whole 50 minutes on the elliptical. Boring for most people but for someone who has not done cardio in weeks that whole time was thrilling.
While I am not the St. Patrick’s Day celebrating type I did follow the green theme for lunch too: left over chicken, almond slivers, avocado, brussel sprouts and broccoli.
And I could not help following in the festivities of the day with I night out on the town…
