Nothing that I ate yesterday was out of the ordinary: cottage cheese, peanut butter and bananas somehow worked there way into my day. Dinner on the other hand was leftovers with a dash of something special.
I still had some tofu left over from Sunday night’s dinner so I mixed up some salad greens, avocado, green onions, broccoli slaw, chick peas and asian dressing. But then came the seaweed sprinkles!
The salad was delicious on its own, but when I found this seaweed snack from Trader Joe’s I knew that my dinner would be a success.
I could easily eat this entire bag on its own but I highly recommend saving a few pieces to top a salad, eggs or anything else you can think of.
