When it comes to your yoga practice remember that it’s personal.
It can be however you want it to be.
It doesn’t have to be an hour and a half long class at a studio or some half hour of silent meditation.
You can meditate for a minute and have completed your practice for the day. Or you can wake up and do three sun salutations and have completed your daily practice.
Move your body, take deep breaths, find some time for yourself.
No expectations, no judgements.
