On my quick break at work yesterday I stopped in the downtown Forever 21 and noticed that something was out place. Everyone walking around the store was wearing heavy coats and these were displayed on the table:
Seeing as people were more inclined to stuff their hands in their coat pockets to keep warm than take off their shoes to try these on, I am sure those babies will be sitting on that table for quite some time.
As I mentioned in yesterday’s post, I have been told by my physical therapist to look into a new form of running called Chi Running. Basically its all about using your body more efficiently to decrease impact. I look forward to utilizing a technique that will help prevent re-injury but this will definitely take some getting used to.
In addition to looking into this new running style I was given some homework from my physical therapist to practice a few different exercises.
So I went to the gym to do some quad strengthening and worked in some arm reps as well.
After a long day at work and some time at the gym I was in the mood to make some carrot soup accompanied with some simple chicken for protein.
Does it bother you when they put out spring clothes in the dead of winter?
You don’t have a “dead of winter!!!”
HAHA you know what I mean…it’s still COLD!
Oh man… if this was FB, I would like Wobin’s statement.
Also, it bothers me because I want to wear the spring clothes and then I am cold. Shaked had to talk me out of buying a super cute skirt at Target the other day because I can’t wear it for another few months (and because I’m supposed to be on a budget… but I blame the weather.)
