No better way to start the day than with peanut butter. Well, PB2 in this recipe.
Heaping 1/4 cup of old fashioned oats
Little more than a 1/2 cup of almond milk
Heaping spoonful of PB2
1/2 of a banana
Cook old fashioned oats and almond milk until the oats are cooked through, then add the spoonful of PB2 and banana. Once mixed together use a handblender to make a smooth consistency, then transfer to a bowl and enjoy!
Thursday was a day full of gifts. No, it’s not my birthday, and it’s not a national holiday of some sort, simply Thursday. My mom sent me this lovely ice cream bowl from a family friend – can’t wait to fill it with oats, Arctic Zero, cereal – and no not all together.
Dave’s sister also sent me the most amazing surprise ever – this fantastic unicorn towel – I know you’re jealous.
And then this was on my doorstep – but you will have to wait till March 30th to find out what’s inside and who it’s from…
In other news, when I was at the gym I was getting my Cosmo education and came across these truths, which I couldn’t agree more with:
Yes I will admit that some of my gym clothes add up to more than what I pay monthly for my gym membership and I absolutely use my space heater at work year round.
And yes, I have LOTS of bobby pins, in my hair, in my drawer, in my bag, on the floor…
But I am a woman and I am proud to be one and will admit to these oddities that I possess. Who’s with me?!
